How does the live video wall work?
When guests scan the QR code, they can turn on their camera to stream live video. All streams appear on your venue's projector or TV in real time, creating an interactive video wall everyone can see.
How many guests can join at once?
Our Essentials plan supports up to 200 guests. The Premium plan supports unlimited guests — perfect for large South Asian, Nigerian, and multicultural celebrations with 500+ attendees.
Can family watch from another country?
Yes. The live video stream works globally. Family members who can't attend in person can watch the live feed from anywhere with an internet connection.
What equipment do I need at the venue?
Just a projector, TV, or large screen connected to a laptop or tablet. Open Amara's projector mode in any web browser and the live video wall appears full-screen. No special hardware needed.
How does the seating chart QR code work?
You design your floor plan in our drag-and-drop editor, assign guests to tables, then print QR codes for your venue. When guests scan, they instantly see their table number and seat assignment.
What happens to the videos after the wedding?
All video guestbook messages are stored securely. Essentials includes 6 months of storage, Premium includes 12 months. You can download all videos in HD at any time.
